Welcome to Photography is my Passion, a forum site about everything photography.
The goal of this website is to provide you with access to some of the best photographers
around. Being able to "pick the brain" of a Professional Photographer can be an invaluable
tool. We showcase their work, and provide them with an individual forum, meaning you
can ask them questions directly. We believe we've chosen the broadest range of photographers,
so there will always be someone around with the right answer to your questions. Many of
them have been in the business for 20 years or more. We also believe we've provided a plentiful selection of specific forums for all other things photography. Equipment, technique, even events. If you just wanna shoot the breeze and get to know the other people on the board, there's always the Digital Sofa, our general, off-topic freeforall. :) Photography Contest!PIMP Photo Contest Categories and RulesThe PIMP photo contest is open to PIMP members only. A single photograph my be entered into each of the following categories: -Still Life -Seniors and Family Portraits -Children and Babies -Travel and Leisure -Action Submission of entries: PIMP members will post their entries to the corresponding forum categories. Contestants may include a brief description (one or two sentences) of the paragraph: when and where the photo was taken, who is in the photo, etc. Contestants and PIMP members are NOT allowed to comment on their own or other members' photos after they are entered. Only judges will be allowed to comment on the photographs after they are entered. Pictures can be entered until March 31st, 2008. Winners in each category will receive: 1st Prize: 24x30 mounted print of the winning image + $100 lab credit from Allied Photographic and Imaging Lab 2nd Prize: 11x14 mounted print and $50 lab credit 3rd Prize: $25 lab credit and a PIMP baseball cap 4th Prize: PIMP baseball cap Good Luck!
